Hojicha is a green tea that was created by a company that first originated in 1869 in Shizuoka, Japan. It has been owned and ran by the same family for five generations. Their factory is near Mt. fuji and is located near the Nissaka region. This is a low caffeine green tea and makes an excellent iced tea, which can be sipped all day long. 2 ounces makes approximately 16 cups.
